Plug in your battery when you are making changes to OSD in betaflight! Why? The OSD runs on it's own chip and although USB is enough to power the memory for the bulk of betaflight settings, it is a hit or miss affair whether the OSD chip gets enough power to store them. With the BEC powered by a lipo there is more than enough power and all of a sudden these little quirks disappear. Caution, with the battery plugged in the motors have access to more power should something go wrong. Please make sure you remove your props. Thankyou. I’ve had similar issues and you saved me a lot of time! I would have searched for some complex fix for what I know now is very very basic easy fix. Less time wrenching=more time flying. Thankyou!
